- 1 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp parsley

Dissolve yeast in water. Add salt & sugar. Blend in 2 c. flour. Crush garlic and add with herbs. Add 2 c. more flour, and more if dough is too sticky. Roll into snakes & shape. Sprinkle with kosher salt if desired. Bake at 425°F for 10 - 15 minutes or until browned
