Directions

Combine jack cheese, cheddar cheese, flour, dry mustard, and paprika-toss to mix well.

Combine beer and hot pepper sauce in a saucepan, over a medium-low flame.

Add cheese mixture, a little at a time.

Heat and stir to melt cheese.

Stir in milk.
