Directions

1 Soak raisins in boiling wate to plump.

2 In a deep skillet, saute the celery and onion in oil for 5 minutes.

3 Add salt and drained raisins, and cook for 2 minutes.

4 Add corn and cooked rice and heat through.

5 Toss lightly with a fork
