- 2 cups cooked chicken cubes
- 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped chutney
- 1 teaspoon salt

Combine rice, chicken, pineapple, celery, green pepper and 1/2 cup cheese in large bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, chutney, salt and pepper. Pour into greased 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes.
