- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tbs. baking powder

- 3/4 cup apple juice/cider
- 1/2 cup skim milk

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In large bowl, combine cereal, brown sugar, baking powder and cinnamon. In small bowl, combine apple juice, milk, egg whites, and oil. Stir apple juice mixture into flour mixture just until moistened Add chopped apple, walnuts, and raisins. Fill 18 greased medium muffin cups 3/4 full with batter. Bake 15-17 minutes, or until golden.
