Directions

Combine rice, tuna, cottage cheese, celery, onion, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

Turn into buttered 2-quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until heated through.
