Directions

Combine rice, onions, pimientos, basil, salt and pepper; mix well. Spoon into greased shallow 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees 15 to 20 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with bacon; spoon sour cream around edge, if desired. Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
