  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • 1/3 cup shortening
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 5 cup combo, sliced mangos, peaches, nectarines & plums
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions

Mix 1 cup sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon in 3 qt. saucepan. Stir in mangos, peaches, nectarines & plums. Cook stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils for 1 minute. Mix in blueberries. Pour into ungreased 8" square pan. Mix flour, 2 tbsp sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening. Mix in milk and egg. Drop dough onto hot fruit mixture. Bake at 375' 25-30 minutes. Serve warm.
