Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Combine flour and baking powder in one bowl, and peanut butter and milk in another. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well. Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface and knead. Roll out to 1/4 inch thick and cut out shapes with a cookie cutter. Place on greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
