  • 1 large onion, cut in eights
  • 1 large potato, peeled and cut into eights

  • 1 cup finely ground unsalted peanuts

Directions

Combine first six ingredients with 2 cups water. Simmer until vegetables are soft.

Mix ground peanuts with ¼ cup water and add to pot. Simmer 30 minutes more.
