Ingredients

  • 200 g honey
  • 3 dl water
  • 1 kg rye flour

Directions

Mix the water, rye flour, and honey and knead them all will hands.

Make dough, allow it stand for 2 hours.

Now shape them to form small scones.

Bake these scones in preheated oven, until their color chages to golden brown.
