Ingredients
- 1+1/4 cups sifted flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup soft shortening
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup mashed bananas

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Sift dry ingredients.

Cream shortening, peanut butter, and sugar.

Add banana, and then flour mixture.

Roll into 1" balls and flatten with a fork.
