Ingredients
- 1 cup grilled peanuts (no skins)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp water
Directions
Melt margarine, sugar, and water.
Stir constantly and cook for about 10 minutes until the mixture is bubbly and starts to gel.
To test, drop a little of the candy into a glass of water—if it holds its shape, it’s ready.
Quickly stir in peanuts and spread on a plate.
Let cool and break into pieces.
