Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 or 3 tablespoons NIDO
- 1/2 to 1 cup water
- 2 sections Vache Qui Rit
- black pepper, to taste
- basil, minced
- juice of 1 or 2 lemons
- 1 small can veggies, drained
Directions
Sauté onion and garlic in oil.
Remove from heat.
Mix in flour and NIDO.
Add water, return to heat, and cook until thick.
Add Vache Qui Rit, lemon juice, and spices.
Cook until smooth.
Stir in veggies and cook until hot.
