Ingredients
- 4 ripe plantains
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup of Vermouth
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Oil
Directions
Mash the plantains in a bowl.
Add the milk, sugar, butter, Vermouth and vanilla.
Grease a frying pan with oil and warm it up.
Pour the plantain mixture into the pan.
Cook on very low heat until fully cooked.
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
