Ingredients

  • 1 cup of raisins
  • 1 pkg. of regular or instant vanilla pudding( the 6 servings size)
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of thawed Cool Whip
  • 1 tsp. of lemon juice
  • 1/8 of a tsp. of cinnamon
  • 1 baked 9" pie shell

Directions

Pour boiling water over the raisins to cover. Let them stand for 5 min.

Then drain well.

Prepare pie filling mix by using 2 cups of milk.

Chill thoroughly.

Fold in Cool Whip, lemon juice, cinnamon, and the raisins.

Spoon into pie shell. Chill for 3 hours.
