- 400gr. apricots
- 400gr. sugar
- lemon peel or cinnamon stick
- 50gr. raisins
- i liter sherry or white wine

Directions

Wash the apricots and leave to drain. Put them in a stoppered bottle and add the lemon peel and raisins.

Boil the sugar with a little water, leave to cool and mix with the sherry or white wine.

Pour onto the apricots and leave to stand for 2 months. With white wine it doesn't keep as long as with sherry, so should be drunk sooner.
