  • 1 (one) can coconut milk (dilute with water)
  • 1 (one) tea spoon kunir, annato, or masusa
  • 1 (one) salam leave
  • 1 (one) pinch greater galanga
  • 1 (one) leave pandan
  • 1 (one) pinch black pepper

Directions

Boil the rice together with the coconut milk, the tumeric, masusa or bixa (for the color), salam leave, laos, padan leave, black pepper and salt (optional).
