Directions
Take onlt fruit in good condition, preferably untreated and organically grown, peel and cut each whole, peel into 6 or 8 pieces, place in a bowl and cover with salted water, leave for 2 or 3 days, drain and rinse, cover with fresh water in a saucepan, simmer until the peel feels tender, drain again and reserve peel in a clean bowl. dissolve the sugar in 250ml. of water over low heat.
