  • l pound suet
  • 8 pounds apples
  • 4 pounds sugar
  • 2 pounds raisins
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon

Directions

Cook beef until tender, then run through meat grinder with suet.

Pare and quarter apples. combine all ingredients and cook one hour, stirring occasionally. remove from heat and seal in sterilized jars.
