Ingredients
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 1/4 lb. Brie cheese, diced
- 1/4 lb. cooked ham, diced
- 2 green onions, minced
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
- Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
With cooking spray, grease four 6-ounce custard cups; place cheese, ham and onions in cups, dividing evenly.
Break one egg into each cup; drizzle 1 tablespoon heavy cream into each. Sprinkle with pepper.
Place custard cups in large roasting pan; place pan on oven rack. Fill pan with enough hot water to come up 1 inch on sides of custard cups. Bake 18 minutes, or until eggs are set to the desired degree of doneness.
Serve eggs from cups.
