Baked Shad Roe

1.Wrap shad roe with bacon and keep in place with a toothpick. Place in a 350 degree oven until the bacon is sizzling.

2.The bacon should be a minimum 155 degrees and the roe 145 degrees. The roe should be seared on the outside but still moist on the inside.
