  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 2 slices of ham, diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 cup instant nonfat dry milk + 3 cups water (or 3 cups nonfat milk)
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can corn
  • ¾ cup instant potato flakes

1.Brown onion and ham in butter or margarine for 5 minutes over low heat.
