Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped (½ cup)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon lemon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 16 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 (15.5 ounce) can green beans, drained
- 1 (15.5 ounce) can cream corn
- 2 (10.5 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup sour cream (optional)
- 1 to 2 cups cheese, grated
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2.Brown ground beef and onion. Pour off grease. Add seasonings to taste.
3.Cook elbow macaroni until almost done.
4.Mix meat and cooked noodles in a large bowl with all other ingredients (except cheese). Put mixture in a greased casserole dish and top with cheese.
5.Bake in oven at 350ºF for 20 minutes or until done.
