  • NOODLES:
  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • Milk to make one cup liquid total
  • 1 pinch white pepper
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 pot of boiling water.
  • ¼ stick butter
  • BREAD CRUMB SEASONING: (Adjust seasonings to taste)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • ½ tsp. Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp dill
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Pepper
  • ½ tsp. Nutmeg
  • ½ tsp. Sweet Paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Directions

Melt butter in skillet.

Blend dry ingredients. Break eggs in measuring cup and add milk to make 1 cup and beat. Fold into mix. Press through Spätzle press boiling water. Skim off noodles when they float; Sauté in skillet.

In a food processor blend dredge ingredients except fold in parsley by hand before use.

Sprinkle seasoned breadcrumb over sautéd Spätzle and toss.
