Ingredients

  • 2.5 C Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 pkg Dry Yeast
  • 1/4 cup Flax Seeds
  • 1/2 C Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 C Granulated Garlic
  • 1/4 C Olive Oil (seperated)
  • 2 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/4 C Oregano or Italian Seasoning
  • 1 C Very Warm Water
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • Corn Meal For Dusting Pan (coarse works best)

Directions

Add flour, yeast, seeds, spices, garlic, salt and mix together in a large bowl

Mix water, honey and 1 tbsp olive oil together and pour into dry mixture

mix in mixer until forms into a ball of dough

Coat large bowl with olive oil and place ball of dough inside, cover with plastic wrap

Allow to rise for until double in size (about 20 minutes)

Lightly coat pizza pan with olive oil and dust with cornmeal

After dough has doubled spread on pizza pan and pinch up sides

bake in 450 degree oven until it becomes firm ( it will hold moisture from topping better is par-baked

top with healthy topping and bake for another 15-20 minutes
