Ingredients
- 6 ounces fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup basil leaves, cut into thin strips
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 loin pork chops, at least 1 inch thick
Directions

Mix the first four ingredients.

Pour the marinade over the pork chops, and refrigerate them for 2 hours, turning once in the process.

Broil them for approximately 10 to 15 minutes per side, turning them once and basting them.
