Ingredients
- 12 large cucumbers
- 10 medium onions
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 bunch celery
- 2 green peppers
- 2 red peppers
- ½ cup salt
- 2 tbsp celery seed
- 1 tbsp mustard seed
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 4 cups sugar
- 4 cups vinegar
Directions
Remove seeds from cucumbers and grind.
Cover with cold water and let stand overnight.
Grind the remaining vegetables and sprinkle with salt.
Let stand overnight.
In morning, drain cucumbers and vegetables well.
Combine with remaining ingredients.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Seal in hot sterilized jars.
