Ingredients

  • 2½ cups diced red apples (2 to 3 medium)
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger root
  • 6 large lettuce leaves

Directions

In large bowl, combine apples, celery and cranberries and mix well.

In a small bowl, blend mayonnaise, orange juice and ginger root.
