Ingredients

  • 2 cups fat-free or 2% milk
  • 2 tbsp honey or ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • ¼ tbsp salt
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • ½ tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup dry regular oats
  • 1 cup chopped apples
  • ½ cup raisins (optional)
  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
  • ½ cup fat-free half and half

Directions

Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except half and half.

Pour into cooker.

Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
