Ingredients
- 4 to 5 cooked chicken breast halves, cut up
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup instant rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup potato chip crumbs
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine all ingredients except potato chips and cheese.
Place in a greased casserole dish and top with chips and cheese.
Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
