Ingredients

  • 1½ cup cubed cooked ham
  • 1 cup cooked lima beans
  • 1 (8 oz) can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey jack)
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ⅔ cup Bisquick baking mix
  • ⅓ cup cornmeal
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup milk

Directions

Heat oven to 400°F.

Mix ham, beans, corn, cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce.

Turn into greased 1½ quart casserole.

Cover and bake 15 minutes.

Mix remaining ingredients, spoon over hot meat mixture, spreading batter evenly to edge of casserole.

Bake uncovered 20 minutes.

Cut into wedges.
