Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. Karo syrup (light or dark)
  • 2 tbsp. butter, softened
  • 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg

Directions

Mix pecans, corn syrup, and butter in ungreased 9-inch round pan.

Spread to cover bottom.

Mix remaining ingredients.

Beat 30 seconds; spread over pecan mixture.

Bake until golden brown and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.

Run knife around pan to loosen

Invert over serving plate, and remove.
