Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta (can be reduced)
  • 300 g hot dogs , chopped
  • 1 leek , chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper , chopped
  • 350 g maize corn (optional)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 dl milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Directions

Boil and drain the pasta according to directions on package.

Combine pasta, hot dogs, red pepper, and maize corn in a baking dish .

Whisk the eggs and milk together, and season as needed with salt and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over the dry ingredients, and bake everything together in a 200–225°C oven for 25–35 minutes.
