Ingredients
- ¾ cup red lentils
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- Chicken broth
- Up to 1 tbsp honey
- Up to ¾ tbsp Sriracha
- Salt

Cook the lentils in water until they are very soft.

If there is any remaining water, strain the lentils.

Mash the lentils.

In a saucepan , heat the chicken broth.

Return lentils to the heat and add heated chicken broth and oats.

When oats are cooked, add Sriracha. The amount of Sriracha depends entirely on your preference.

Add around ½ tbsp honey and enough salt to season.
