Wash a handful of mint leaves and boil in a pint of water. When the flavor is extracted, add a cup of sugar, a cup of vine- gar, salt, a dash of paprika, one-fourth package of gelatine dissolved in cold water. Strain, pour into a mould. Let stand to harden.
