- one cup either of cham- pagne
- half cup of any of the above cordials
- a quart of pineapple

Make a quart of pineapple, orange or lemon sher- bet; when frozen, stir in one cup either of cham- pagne, sauterne or rum, and a half cup of any of the above cordials.
