Directions
Boil a grated pineapple, four cups of sugar and four cups of water twenty minutes, add one cup of strong tea, then strain. When cold, add the juice of five lemons, six oranges, one pint of strawberry, rasp- berry or grape juice, half a pint of maraschino cher- ries, six quarts of water and a big piece of ice. When ready to serve, a bottle of apollinaris water, OT gin- ger ale, mint leaves, pieces of pineapple or berries can also be used, with or without the cherries.
