Directions

Yolks of five eggs well beaten. One cup of pow- dered sugar beaten into the yolks. Then slowly one pint of rum and one cup of brandy. Then one quart of milk and one quart of cream. One grated nut- meg. Beat the whites of the eggs stiff and fold into the mixture. Prepare the day before using.
