Beat well together the yolks of ten eggs with one pound of powered sugar, then stir in the whites beaten to a stiff froth. Beat the whole together ten or fifteen minutes, then stir in gradually one-half pound sifted flour. Flavor with nutmeg or the grated rind of half a lemon. Bake im- mediately.
