Directions

Put a tablespoonful of lard and a little salt in a pint of corn meal. Pour over it enough boiling water to make a very stiff mush. Set it aside to cool. When luke-warm add three well-beaten eggs. Drop by spoonsful on a greased baking pan. Bake in a hot oven.
