Three tablespoons crabapple jelly and 3 tablespoons cottage cheese. The cottage cheese must be rich and smooth. If too stiff, stir in a little cream. Butter white bread, spread half the slices with the jelly, and the remainder with the cheese, then put the two kinds together.
