Ingredients

  • half teaspoon of lemon juice
  • two stalks of celery are placed together
  • a dash of paprika to the mixture
  • lemon juice
  • paprika

Directions

1

Choose rather large yet tender stalks of celery and scrape them clean as for ordinary uses. The "stuffing" is made of grated cheese to which has been added a half teaspoon of lemon juice for each teaspoon of cheese, add a dash of paprika to the mixture and then fill it in the hollow space which is left when two stalks of celery are placed together, leave the freshest and crispest leaves at the top of the stalks and tie with ribbon.
