NUT BARS — Six ounces grated almonds, four and one-half ounces sugar, one and one-half ounces butter, one-half ounce flour, one-half teaspoon cinnamon, grated rind of one-half lemon, one egg. Cream sugar and butter, add egg and other ingredients. Mix well. Roll out one-half inch thick, cut in bars and bake in slow oven one- half hour.
