SOUR MILK DOUGHNUTS— Three eggs, one and one-half cups sugar, four tablespoons butter, one cup sour cream or milk, one teaspoon baking soda, one-half teaspoon salt, one teaspoon nutmeg, sufficient flour to make a stiff dough. Set in a cold place over night. In the morning set in a warm place for two hours, roll out, cut with doughnut cutter, fry in deep fat.
