TO CAN GREEN CORN. Cut from the cob twenty-one quarts of corn, dissolve three and a half ounces of tartaric acid in a little hot water, put plenty of water, together with the tartaric acid, on the corn, and boil well ; when well cooked, put in tin can and seal at once.
