PEAUDS. These are really pop-overs. One cup of flour; 1 egg; l^/^ cups of milk ; pinch of salt. Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl, beat with a Dover egg beater until all bubbles. Bake in hot iron pans. The oven should be hot at first, and then cooled a little to allow them to crust without burning. This quantity will make about 11 frauds.
