Directions
Scald 1- pint milk, add h pint stale breadcrumbs; when it thickens put in tlie beaten yolks of 3 eggs ; take off, stir in 1 pint raw chopped chicken, 1 tablespoon parsley, | teaspoon salt, a pinch of cayenne and nutmeg. When cold, use for stuffing, or make into small balls, dip in egg and breadcrumbs, and fry in boiling fat. Use to garnish made meat dishes.
