] cup grated horse radish, J teaspoon mixed mustard, pepper and salt to taste. ]\Iix together with h cup cream, plain or whipped.

HORSE RADISH SAUCE (HOT).

Rub 1 tablespoon each of flour and butter into 1 cup boiling milk, add h teaspoon salt and boil for 10 minutes. Mix in 3 tablespoons freshly grated horse radish, and boil 1 minute longer.
