- 2 cups sucar
- 1 cup grated pineapple

Boil 2 cups sucar with % cup cream for 10 minutes: take off the fire and beat till tiiick and smooth. To h this add 1 cup grated pineapple for the filling; add the pineapple juice to the remaining i for the icing.
